Late delivery & order total erro

Positioned an on line purchase on 11/20/08 for plants to become shipped on 12/2. Verification quickly obtained, but was billed $9.99 for "free obvious standard container".

Mail acquired late in evening on 12/2 from ProFlowers boss that "there's been a big change within the delivery plan. Them may now be coming on 12/3." He provided free delivery on my NEXT purchase.

I called ProFlowers on 12/2 after getting this mail and required she stop my purchase, which she said she did.

Today I wait to determine if my card is likely to be acknowledged. Plus, if every other mystical costs look on my charge card as mentioned in grievances with this ComplaintsBoard.

Unhappy whatsoever with this particular organization.
