I read this report (from Ft. Washington author) and thought it was worth adding to the topic. This company was the brainchild of Harvey Grossman, who is now serving time for embezzlement in PA (Plymouth Ambulance). His partner was Keith Calil, who apparently went on with this new entity. The service they perform is legitimate, but they are professional "shortcut" managers — I had to sue them for back wages for precisely the same issue as the previous report. Even after I won a judgment, they "negotiated" it down to stall me from getting a sheriff to go after them (and that costs).
You can do a web search of either name (or anyone there you work with) and you will find other issues of fraud associated with them. The people that work there are good, honest people — but the principals may or may not be, depending on their economic status. Ft. Washington — if they owe you for several hundred hours, how come it's only $400? Small claims Go for it.
