I saw a charge on my bill for credit fraud and credit boost, when I called my credit card co. About what it was for, they said it was't them and to call the phone # next to the charge. Called that # and got a message to go online to do a live chat. Found another # but it was always high call volume please try back again. So I went to the live chat. Angie was her name and I told her that I think I got this through a third party and I am not interested and want to be credited back. She asked for my information, then when it came down to it she said that I didn't exist in their system and I haven't been charged a thing. I sent her the info that was on my credit card including the phone #. She said to send a copy of the bill to their website which she included. I tried the web site and it wanted me to join. When I told her this and there was no way to e-mail to that site, she ended our conversation by saying thanks for contacting them could she be of further assistance. I told her she hasn't been any assistance and how can I contact anyone. No reply.
