Black Sallion Logistics Inc. Is a broker, who hire 3rd party owner operators to haul loads for them. On September 22, Black Stallion Logistics Inc hired my company to haul a load of watermelons for them from Delaware to New York (Load ID#092208014900). The rate for this shipment was $1012. The payment terms was 30 days after the delivery confirmation. We have sent several invoices to this company to try to get paid, and they keep saying "the check is in the mail", or make an excuse. This company does not pay their invoices.
