Took my money for a book & did not provide the book as promised in their advertisement rip-off

I received an unsolicited mailing offering a book titled "America's Secret Cash Giveaways" for a total cost of $23.90. I mailed the company a check for the book on 1/17/03. According to a recent bank statement my check cleared on 2/3/03, but I still have not received the book. I found a phone number for the company (212) 340-1038, but it is for a prerecorded message that blames any non-delivery of the book on the U.S. Postal Service.
