Ripp Off-charged $19.95 I don't know what it's for. Showed up on my bank statement.internet

I checked my Bank Statement and ValueMax had charged $19.95 to my account on 11-24.

I have not talked to anyone at their toll free number. You listen to a recorded message and they keep asking for my Bank Card number. I am dumb but not dumb dumb.
