First off Nassau Security and Alpine Alarm Company are one in the same. Alpine supplies the equipment and Nassau is the monitoring part of the same company. Both are true rip offs so be where! I ordered a Audio Verification Modual for $120.00 from Alpine Alarm Company. The guy who answered the phone told me I had the wrong part, so I returned it back to him. This was in Rifle, Colorado, another way to rip you off. He told me I had two choices another $100.00 and I get the right way of he would return my $120.00. I am still waiting!!! When I e-mailed Alpine Alarm Company, Nassua also answered and told me screw you, you never get you money back. Stop crying! They also told me to could care less to whom I complain to because they answer no no one. They also told me the guy in Rifle, Colorado was the old owner and they no longer cared about any of his dealings and would return no credits.
