Want to cancel, cannot make contact

I do want to stop any potential purchases as the product doesn't function, however the telephone number they offer - 1866-320-0038 IS DISCONNECTED! Exactly what a complete fraud. If anybody has any chance with another telephone number or method to contact Total Clean, please let me understand.
