I like to shop at Pfaltzgraff because I purchased my Christmas Dishes in this store. They have nice sets they sell throughout the year, including odds and ends you can't find at other stores. They quality of the product is decent compared to discount stores. They no longer sell my pattern, but my sister likes to purchase the Naturewood Pattern for everyday use. They still sell that pattern in this store or other stores. I submit to the catalogs you can request on a quarterly basis or for specific sales. I use the coupons in the catalog as an incentive to buy my birthday, holiday or presents to people during special times. I was upset when I received a catalog with coupons and they refused to accept the coupons towards the discount on the products they sell. They told me most of their products are on sale so they don't accept the coupons in th catalog. The coupons are nationwide so it does not say that any one particular store does not participate. Just because this particular store has items on sale doesn't mean they should not honor the coupon I received as an incentive to shop in their store. I found this to be false advertising to get me to go shopping at that store. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I found this to be in very bad taste on their part not to accept the coupons. Most people will buy one product with the coupon and a lot of times buy other products without the coupon. The store loses out on sales because they were too cheap to give you $. 50 or a little more off one product. I was upset so I bought only one product on sale and said to myself this is it. If they want me to continue to shop in this store they better honor the coupons or I won't shop at the store. I will check to see if the other outlets are not honoring these coupons. If anyone else has this problem, let people know. I decided that today I feel like complaining about all the poor service I am getting.
