I had a verbal agreement to buy the black shih pooh puppy that he is selling currently on a site. He refused to use paypal and he also refused to have a contract.in between all of that he switched date that I was to pick up the puppy. I was making a four hour drive to pick it up in Memphis for my daughter's birthday. I told him on several occasions that we were very excited about the puppy (I mean really we were going to drive to another state!) and he would come up with comments on how he doubted I wanted the puppy. He got upset with me for asking how much the puppy weighed and what size it was. Then suddenly he demanded that if I did not pay cash for the transaction it was no deal. Well, by that time I had enough. Beware! If I can prevent just one person from going through what we went through I have done my job! It was a highly disappointing experience - do not let him do this to you! Of course, I can only let you draw your own conclusions.
