I found their website, and in large part because they were a Better Business Bureau member, I decided to utilize them. When they came, they tried to get me to buy a different filter for my system, and I explained that I was going to have it serviced by the company that put the new furnace in last year. He kept pressing, and I explained that I didn't want to put anything more than the cleaning on the credit card, but he kept pressing, and I acquiesced. After the cleaning was done, I went to give him my credit card, and he told me then that he doesn't accept credit cards. I asked him why it said so on the website, and he said that it was a recent decision. We went back and forth, he said he'd wait for me to get cash at the ATM, I said there wasn't any to get, so I paid him in cash for the cleaning, and he took the filter back. Afterwards, I checked out the BBB website, and they only have complaints about this business. They are considered "unsatisfactory", even though they have the BBB logo everywhere on the website.
