My 86 year old mother-in-law has been ripped off by ESBI on behalf of Advance Benefits Inc. Vocemail MoSvcFee of $20.27 for several months now, on her Verizon telephone bill, an inquiry has been filed at their web site, however, I was informed it would take five business days. I called the toll free number on her bill and was placed in the automated answer jungle, but I think I managed to have this service canceled.
I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision (FTC).
