Called me and said they were with AT&T and were concerned about how high my phone bill was!

I received a phone call in May 08' with a man who said he was At&t and he seen how my phone bill was high and how he could help me out by offering me a better deal. He then explained to me that I would be getting recorded after I was realed into his FALSE PROMISES! They recorded me, but when I listen to the recordings, you only here my information and nothing that he had said to me on the phone, or the promises he made to me!
