I heard about this company on a radio commercial and believed they were ethical and a reliable institution. Now I have discovered that not only are they rude - abusive - and do not follow through on their "claims" and programs.
I paid close to $2000 for a business credit building program. I have called and emailed repeatedly what next? I have repeatedly requested their itemized plan of action for this service I paid for. Their reply is no reply. They do not reply to my emails or telephone calls. I have multiple emails and phone calls documented from late last year and NO one seems to be able to return them or explain their services or program to me. Just open a bunch of business credit cards - this for $2000.???
When I did get through to Kevin Kim - he was the most condescending -rudest - argumentative person I ever tried to have a conversation with - In addition he blamed me not following through on the process - me for being rude - and continued to interrupt me when I tried to explain my frustration with Nevada State Corporation. I am in business and NEVER would I ever raise my voice and treat a paying customer or anyone else for that matter with such disrespect.
These people and this company are karmically headed for disaster. I would just like my money back and an apology.
