I signed up to make online orders at pizzahut.com. The page offered 75 Free Downloads for enrolling. After the bamboozlement (and speaking to Pizza Hut customer service) I found out the offer was UP TO 75 Free Downloads in small print. I believed being offered through the Pizza Hut site, this should be a replutable site. I was wrong. I reluctantly gave my payment information. After the site changed my $5.99 plan back to the $19.99 plan, I went into my account to change it back. It appeared the 14 day free trial turned into the $5.99 plan with no trial period. Also, I instantly noticed that my McAfee Site Advisor was yellow, meaning this is not a good site. Frustrated, I cancelled my membership and called Pizza Hut to report the issue. I will follow up with them, but was relieved and disappointed to find these reports on this site. Now I know I am not alone, but luckily I am only out of $5.99 plus some $1 additional charge thus far. The customer service number Paypal gave doesn't seem to be formal business message. Likely, I've just been had.
