Ive had 3 receivers in the last 6 months and every time I call theyve sent me a new one ups or a tech with no charge. This time they wouldnt send me one and charged me for the service call. They did give me a discount on the call because I pay a 6 dollar a month home protechion fee. I ve paid this fee for years so, where does all that money go if there going to send me referbished receivers to begin with when I paid for new.
