This nail salon is inside the Ocean County Mall in Toms River, NJ. I should have known there was something wrong when I walked in and the place was dead on a Saturday afternoon. The place is dirty and a health hazard. The glass inside is held together to the wall with tape. Regular old scotch tape. If a child was to pull at that the whole thing would fall. Their equipment and tools looked very dirty and in dire need of a good wash. I will never go back and I advise anyone else of thinking about going here, not to. The mall should shut them down.
