Misrepresented horse

I contacted Al with an interest in purchasing a horse he had advertised. After doing a check through the APHA and and contacting the previous owner I found out that everything in the ad totally misrepresented the horse. The only thing true was the age of the horse. He seemed like a fair and reasonable person on the phone prior to the sale. I was fortunate because I did not sign the contract and he did refund my deposit. When I confronted him about the facts he became quite rude and was nothing like the person I spoke to prior to the sale.

I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company.
