My wife responded to an online survey to gain some Gift Cards ("a common scam to gain peoples information"), which she never received.
As a result of going through this process (neglecting to read the "Terms and Conditions") in order to claim the cards she submitted information about herself that proves she authorized the charge for their services, which we never knew we received and never used and never needed.
Blue Dog Online services were billed for $12.95 per month through our phone service (AT&T) which we've cancelled. It appears that the info provided by my wife supports the requirements for AT&T to bill us for the services.
