My son reported to the Warrick County CPS and the Boonville Police that his son had been given an old cell phone to take pictures with by his mother. They were looking at the pictures that the little boy had taken and my son kept looking after his son went off to play. He discovered naked pictures of men (his ex-wife's new boyfriends) and there was also cartoon porn on the phone as well. The boy's mother admitted in front of a police officer that she knew the pictures were on there and it was no big deal, that the little boy would not be able to find them. The police made copies of the pictures and an officer talked to my grandson. They (the police) concluded that my grandson had not seen the pictures and so therefore there was no problem. Supposedly, the police tried to serve a search warrant on the mother and she will not answer the door. They told my son that they tried between 4 and 6 times to serve the search warrant, but she would not answer the door. So they have supposedly turned it over to the Warrick County Prosecutor for consideration. That will not go anywhere from there, I am sure. CPS has never once contacted my grandson's mother or acted like they even cared what was going on. This mother has even threatened to kill herself infront of the children and has handed the phone to the 7 year old boy and told him to call his daddy and tell him that she was going to kill herself. All of this crap keeps going on and the police keep ignoring it. What has to happen to get some attention on this problem? My son told the police officer that if the shoe were on the other foot and he had given his son a phone with porn on it that he would already have been arrested and put in jail. The officer admitted that he was probably right. Everyone is always quick to shout about women's rights. Well, what about Men's rights! Perhaps I am a little partial and on my son's side, well I am more on the children's side. I have seen and heard first hand things this woman has said and done to the children. When will it stop? When it is too late??? My son has filed an emergency order for custody of the children. His court date is set for 4 weeks away. Guess the system does not feel there is an emergency in this case. The mother has already threatened to take the children and leave the state. Is there nothing or no one that can help my son with this? He has hired an attorney that is a firm believer in father's rights. But I feel if that was the case, then he would be filing that emergency order quicker than for a hearing in 4 weeks.
