Ordered a costume Oct 1st. Supposedly received priority shipping (2-3 day delivery). I followed up a week later by email and was told it was shipping that day or the next.
On Oct 15th (2 weeks later) I emailed them again and cancelled the order. Keep in mind they already debited my account.
On Oct 16th I got an email response saying: "Your order is now cancelled. You have been fully refunded for this order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

But guess what? No credit has been made to my account 'yet' (My bank said it could take a few days... We will see). My bank also told me about this website, too bad I didn't look into this BEFORE I purchased from this fraudulent company.
Their website is professional looking and it says its a Yahoo E-commerce website (this is why it seemed trusting). I didn't realize that there was NO telephone #. I'd beware of internet companies w/o a tel number.
I will be notifying Yahoo of this "secret company". They are a JOKE.
