I had considerable tax debt.
I called and spoke to a Wil Robinson, he assured me of his firms ability to secure a 3000 dollar savings off of my current tax debt, after his fees.
I agreed to pay him on a schedule where monies totalling 4500 dollars would be taken from my acccount.
1650 dollars has been taken oiut of my account. 1100 dollars after I told them to stop payment. They dropped my repeated phone calls inquiring about my amoney, and assured me they would call me back in regards to a refund. They didnt. I was told that Wil RObinson would call me back also he never did. I finally was able to get through to them after repeated attempts. I was told to email wil Robinson with a letter delineating why I wanted to drop my service, which was simple. THEY WERE TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY CONSENT!!!
I was told that I would hear from him after that. I never did, so I called back again, was tossed betweeen their billing and collections and was told to fax a letter to them regarding my desire to have my money refunded.
I still have not heard from them and am being deployed soon with my guard unit, I am in the process of going through mya ttorney general and the ag of texas, I advised them of this and they still would not try to contact me regarding my refund. It is clear to me that they intend to keep my money.
The money they took was meant to cover my mothers living expenses, she has been diagnosed with a dormant form of cancer and has lost considerable amount of weight recently as well.
Watch out for these people!!!
