I sent 2 checks to Power cell Inc on 4.18.08 totaling $12345.00. From that day on I have never been able to reach the owner of the company Patrick Wherely. I also sent a check for $553.95 for the recommended promotional items they say are needed to work the business properly on 7.28.08 and it was cashed on 8.20.08 and I have not received them as of today 10.14.08. The vending machines took over 3 months to receive.
I do NOT recommend anyone dooing business with this company. I sent a fax and found the number to be non-functional. Patrick has called me as long as a month and a half after I have left messages. The man simply does not know how to run a business or how customer service works. I am not a competitor. I am simply a fool who though it would be a good idea to get into the vending business with this company. I was wrong.
