September 27, a truck with three men arrived to pick up furniture which included an orthopedic bed and a huge credenza/entertainment center with cupboards, shelves, drawers, etc. Plus other items. I asked that it be delivered to Vancouver, WA before December 1st.
It is now January 25th and the delivery has NOT been made; repeated phone calls produce no callbacks; they have moved three times since September and the phone numbers listed for them are inaccurate. On December 23rd, my phone call to their "800" number produced "Erica" who said that she would "explore all avenues" to get my things to me. She suggested that maybe they could send them up by U.P.S. Right.
I have called the Action 12 Troubleshooter in Phoenix and she is "on top of it" but she is the only one who is getting contacted. They are apparently never going to call me - the last I heard from them was on December 28 at 7:45 AM when a male person said that they would try to get my things to me "within the next few days." I inquired about what "the next few days" might mean and he said "Oh, probably by January 15th." I said "I'll believe it when I see it."
These people are totally irresponsible. Who would hire ANY MOVING COMPANY if they thought they had to wait nine months for the delivery??? And the repeated answer of "we don't have no truck going that way" is hardly comforting.in my opinion this company, A Diane Darnell Company, with an additional address in Peoria, AZ, should not be in business.
They are rip-off bums, promoting fraud, delay, mis-information, deception and probable theft. I am outraged that a so-called moving company can continue to operate under these circumstances.
