I too was contacted and sent SoCal DBA a check for $85.00 in hopes that it would renew my DBA Business license. It took a while to clear, as it can with some corporate or gov't businesses and just checked back today. The check had cleared and I wanted to track to see if it was renewed. Low and behold, I too was ripped off. Let's close them down! Bank is in Fullerton and business is in Diamond Bar.
Go thru the renewal center in Sacramento or at a courthouse near you. I hope these folks are put in jail for a long time. Thanks for helping if you can!
