In April I met with George and signed a contract for (6) private dog training sessions for $299 and paid up front. The check was promptly cashed, however I have not received (1) training session to date.
There have been several times when he has either come by the house at the appointed time only to tell you he has to go take care of an "emergency" and he will be back. He never comes back.
Sometimes his girlfriend will call and say he is running late and he never shows.
Other times he just doesn't show up and doesn't call.
I have called and emailed asking for a refund and have been ignored. I sent a certified letter, which was refused.
I am in the process of taking them to small claims court, however getting my money back will still not repay the countless hours I have spent waiting for him to show up and rearranging my schedule.
Save yourself! Do not use these people!!
