I am disabled; I do not work - on social security and have a fixed income! In March my wife and I went to Expo Design Center / Home Depot, they sold us a remodeling project (over $75,000.00) for our kitchen and master bath. They said it all must be paid up front before the work started, and we trusted a big company so we paid them in March. They said it would be completed by Oct. a year and a half later - they still are not done.
I have contacted BBB in Feb. Of this year for help (I have all the communications / documentation in a file on my PC) they are no help to getting this resolved/completed. Please help! Thank you.
