After numerous phone calls (and many assurances) I gave them my credit card number as Money Tree Marketing (Robert Beck, owner) has five clients who had been approved through Money Tree Financing. ("you know we are to be trusted; who has not heard of Money Tree Financing? We advertise nation-wide.") These five clients would be from my area. (towns in area which I was allowed to choose from. I gave them the zip codes; they still had the five "pre-approved" to purchase homes from $ 90,000- $ 150,000)
However, after providing my credit card number and faxing same to their office; the documented agreement (paper) has not been received to date. And, when I call their office; automatic voice mail takes my
message... And never hear back from them. The agreement was that I paid (up-front) for 5/ 'pre-spproved clients' and $40.00 for each thereafter. Plus, when I sold property; they were to get 25% of my commission... For their work.
The period elapsed is almost one month! I have never talked to anyone again. I. Also, sent a fax back to them saying the sales agent Tyara Chapman has not responded to my calls. They do not respond to fax either!
I have told them I'd be talking to our state Attorney General; no response.
