As I continue to read through the countless reports on affiliates of Quantum like ENDEAVOR MARKETING, I can't help but be inclined to add my experience to the list. However, I do not want to bore you all with the same story of the interviews and days of observations. Rather, in the spirit of the student mentality' I decided to create an acronym that explains all the unethical and immoral facets of Endeavor Marketing. Just as I learned the FUGI, ACE, SEE and other acronyms during my month of horrendous employment with the cult we all commonly know as Endeavor Marketing, I believe it is fitting to create something similar to warn future job-seekers about the dangers of being sucked in by this so-called company. So without further adieu:
Expenses are ALL on you!
No doubt it is a cult (I still hear the chants in my nightmares)
DARE— their 'charity' but if you do the math 5% is pretty weak
Embellishment of the truth (your entire life will be a lie within the first week)
Atmosphere —a facetious time where we are convinced we love our job
Vague explanations from an unethical company (like commission only = salary)
Overtime without fair and legal compensation
Real opportunities you miss out on when you take a job here
Massive employee turnover (don't make friends, they will be gone in a week)
Amanda the owner' who has 200K in savings but drives a Chrysler 300
Really, really long drives to pointless events' in places like Sterling, CO
Kim— what a shame such a gorgeous woman is a scam artist
Excuses not to promote on time or as promised (just one more day!)
Time off (word not found in Endeavor dictionary, it'll cost you!)
Intelligence you don't need to sling toys (so easy a caveman could do it!)
Nothing left on your paycheck since your credit card payments were declined'
Gone: that which matters in life (family & friends) once you are brainwashed
I hope that this serves two purposes. First, for those of you that suffered and lost a part of your precious lives working at Endeavor I hope this will give you some laughter to forget your sorrows and debt you are still paying off from working there. Second, to all those ambitious college grad job-seekers take note that this is not anger or frustration but honest truth as to what happens if you accept a job with this company.' And to all who read remember the most important lesson of all: FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS WORK AT ENDEAVOR MARKETING!
