My services with comcast has been a bad ride. I my service is based on a phone call, some customer do no have a phone, or they services is not on or working. They want to make appts that benefits the contractors and not the customers. I made appt a month ago and still do not have the services that i am paying to get. I live on a fix income but still pay my bills. I should have got my dvr one year ago and today i still do not have the services. I should get a discount for the type of services that i have received for the year. Last night i call a tech and they made the situation worst
