Rip-off false hopes of publicating amatuer poems charge money for services which never occu

I am an unknown writer who put all of my trust into the people of www.Poetry.com. I believed that they were helping me to become discovered as an artist. They promised that I would have some of my poems published in an Anthology, and they even sent a couple letters stating that two of my poems were going to be recited, and put to music on a cd set. My mother used her credit card to order 2 books, at an author's discount", and although her card was charged 150 dollars, she hasn't received anything, and I have yet to see any of my works in print.

They told me to expect publication this past Fall of 2002. Then the date was changed to Winter of 2003. They also said that the publication of 2 books I was supposed to be printed in were only "working titles", and that they cannot publish them until final decision on titles are made.in the meantime, my mother is out $150, and all my dreams of becoming a published artist is crushed. After bragging to the world, I now have to explain that I was conned, and I feel like a complete idiot.

I am trying to get at least the refund they promise on their website.

Poetry.com, and The International Society of Poets, and The Inter. Library of Congress, are all liars, and thieves.
