Ordered 4 pairs of shoes 7/29/08. Got 2 pairs 8/21/08- shipping showed all 4 were shipped. I went off and kept emailing Kim Rawley (Bob the hubby?) finally was told other 2 on back order, would ship 9/05/08.3 weeks later nothing - no response. Their local BBB (they are not a member-wonder why?) trashes them and lists them as unsatisfactory. I have filed a claim with their BBB and the FBI's IC3 internet fraud company.

I suspect this is a husband and wife teams re-selling out of their living room. I don't mind that, but please don't represent yourselves as a big business. I discovered they were re-sellers for Pleaser's when I saw the shipping label was from Pleasers in Fullerton CA. I have also contacted them about the fraudulent activity. I'm sure they don't give a rats a_ _ but I am going to try tie them in to the legal exposure since they are the shipper. That is collusion.
Girls, if you want big shoes go to Sexy Shoes.com out of Mich. They are more expensive, but I've been buying from them for years and NEVER had a problem.
