Charged me twice - no refund DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS

I was charged $149.00 on 7/1 and 8/27. I cancelled my order on 7/14/08 and received an email confirming I would be refunded with 14 days. It is now 9/20/08 and I have not received a refund for the 7/1 charge AND I have been charged $149.00 again on 8/27/08. I have filed disputed charge reports with my credit card.
