Sold us magazines we never received

A personable young lady came into our neighborhood and sold magazine subsciptions claiming the money would help her education. I thought the prices were steep, however, we wanted to help her. We bought a Hallmark subscription and Readers Digest, this was in June, it is now the end of September and we have not received one magazine.
