I entered into a five year contract wherein La-Z-Boy would repair or replace leather cushions, Cushions were found to be unreparable and La-Z-Boy said they would replace them. This was promised by Kimberly of La-Z-Boy seven (7) months ago. Since then I have been unable, (after many communications), to effect delivery. She has given me various excuses for the delay, including mistaking me for another customer. I am 78 years old and I can't wait to much longer! Thanks for any assistance.
