I requested 200 flowers and 100 gel plants for centerpieces for my child's wedding party.

The roses were good, nonetheless they delivered the incorrect product plants, I returned and forth with Carla Morilla, supplied her copies of the bill and also the log of the internet talk after I requested which confirmed the broker had offered me a particular shade that was not the same as the things they delivered. She contended rudely, insisted I had been incorrect, despite the fact that I supplied certification. Evidently they do not actually market the colour I had been "offered", however the broker displayed they did.in early buying on the site, via online talk Carla was rude, experimented with stress me into purchasing by stating costs were rising, once they were not. The flowers were beautiful, however the customer support is terrible. There are many people who get requests, but when you've an issue it's going right through Carla, Carla's concept is "the client is definitely wrong." I'd never purchase from their website again since if anything goes wrong, they'll NOT make it right. I requested and taken care of 10-packs of flower food, they forgot to deliver it, recognized they did not delivered it, have not been returned.
