Company does not honor refund policies-and doesn't call you back when you try and return the package

Called the company at 9 am on monday sept 15th-08-the girl said she would have tony call me back to get the return info - but as of 11am, no one has called me back-apparently they have no return dept. And I guess tony is out for lunch already at 11 am-called their 3 times
