Fictitious SCAM - Read The Fine Print!

I received a Very official looking letter, citing the California Business and Professions Code 17910 (b), claiming that I needed to renew my Fictitious Business Name for $100. I almost sent the payment. Then I read the fine print, bottom line - "This is not a bill. This is a solicitation. You are under no obligation to pay the amount stated, unless you accept this offer.". Get a real job you thieves!
