Did not deliver nor did they do anything to fix their screw up

I used to be a print broker for printharmony.com.
Be aware, these guys are crooks! They burned my reputation as a promotional products distributor (in business for since 1997) and the reputation of my client (fine artist, who needed cards for a high profile art reception)

I ordered cards on August 20th, with a confirmed delivery date of August 27th. Received an incorrect package with someone else's cards on August 27th. Call them up on the 28th to see what the can do to fix. They offered to reprint and ship by August 29th, yet they would not ship Next Day Air (Saturday Delivery) because it would have cost them too much $.

I had to order through a different company that was able to deliver on Saturday. Cost me an additional $202!!!
Print harmony is refusing to refund me any money, nor will they pay for the reprint by their competitors..

Print brokers, be aware of www.PrintHarmony.com they might have low prices, yet their service SUCKS

I filed a complaint with BBB and will take them to Small Claims Court.
