The company promotes (and verified to me by email) a 2 year RayBan Factory waranty at ('http://www.ezcontactsusa.com/images/html/warranty.html'), however RayBan only supports a 1 year warranty.
The company supports a competitive coupon policy at http://www.ezcontactsusa.com/index.php? Action=temp&name=105_price_match_gurantee, however after placing the order using a 20% coupon named "sunnies" for any sunglasses from Beckensurf.com, the Companies agent informed me by email "You seem to be unclear with our policy; If you find a product that WE sell for a better price anywhere else because of a coupon they offer than we would gladly accept the coupon. Sincerely, Anita". This was after a multi-day email exchange requesting that they support the policy as advertised, while the Company insisted on a more restrictive wording of the policy.
After I did not dissent on this matter, I received an email from the Customer Agent (Lisa) and Supervisor (Susan) that the RayBan product I had ordered on Friday had been backordered and would not be available for 10-15 days, while the Companies web site showed and continues to show the product as "In Stock".
Caveat Emptor, go elsewhere, even eBay sellers have more honest and competitive practices which ARE honored.
