Misrepsentation

I had agreed to pay $199.00, thought I was paying a realtor for a home. I was never told it was an investment company, I needed a place to live not an investment. I asked for refund, they said OK, took over a month of phone calls to get what was their "form", a piece of paper I had to sign. They said I would have a check within 30 days, It has now been 3 Months, and they no longer answer their phones.

I have also contacted the BBB and my bank. They also get no response from these people.
