At the end of one year I decided to go with another company I. LI let the new company know I wanted them to have my business They stated it could be 10 o 15 days to trasnfer. First choce decided to not only not allowthe xfer but biled me for an entire month. Billng me at a monthly rate. 24 instead of the normal 17 per kiliwatt cotng me oe $600 dollars
First choice is a ripp off company they billed me for a month single service when the company requesting service had contacted them prior to the end of the month I was no longer using thier services. The bill was for their exhorbitant month to month charge of $611. My normal bill is about 350 during the summer. I never requested thier services for that month.
When I asked if they would let me pay it off I was informed it was due by the end of the month and that if it was not payed it would go immediately to collection agency. I explained my financial position and that I was disabled and was on a strict budget. Then they hung up after stating that was their policy. Watch out for these people
