I have been battling with this company for 3 months — since October 18, to be exact. I just got off the phone with them today — then I found this site and was surprised really — to see that there were other folks facing this same situation with this company. I, like the rest of you, was told that I would received that CARD within 3 weeks. When it did not arrive, I called and called — (spoke to the same two customer service agents Mandy and Debbie). They continued to give me the run around.
Along the way I found out that the card was not coming at all — but a 'package' that I would have to sign and send back then wait ANOTHER "3 weeks" to get the card. I spoke with Debbie today - and informed her that they are breaking the law. Legally, the verbal contract we had (which said that I could not cancel the contract) was nulled when they didn't keep their end of the bargain.
Today I realized — this package is never coming and this whole thing is a scam. I have already had my attorney send them a letter demanding my money back. Still not a response yet. I am ready and willing to start a class action suit against this company NOW.
If anyone is interested in pursuing this with a class action suit, I would be more than happy to do it. I want my money back and I want to get everyone else's money back — stop this company so that they cant do the same thing to some other innocent person or family. These people are scamming folks across the nation. The nerve.
