I moved from new jeresy to kentucky may, 28 2008 the dispacter eric told me my fruniture would be there on june 1st we left new jersy and drove to lexington. I called the dispatch 2 hours befor we got there and asked what time my furniture would be there " your furniture will not arrive till the 9th" liars just to get you r business! Iwe had to stay in a motel for a week waiting on our furntiure. When it finally arrived evything was damaged the worst of all my recilner and sofa wasnt on the truck i contacted empire and they told me to turn it int their insurance company. What a laugh!!! Insurance told me it wouls take 4 monts to settle my claim. 3 monts lateer i call to check on my claim they tell me its not their responsiblity its empire moving responsibilty. 1 month later my sofa and recilner shows up of course damaged wet and stained. I dont know what to do i tried contacting empire moving i never get no phone calls back i wnt to sue these people but since they are in florida and im in kentucky i cant sue them in my state. I need help please!
