Clear Image sent us a box of printer ribbon that we don't use. We sent them the package back via our UPS account so we know they received what we returned. They claim to have not received the return even though we have proof that they did. Then another 2 months later they call saying that they received our return but that we only returned 5 of 15 they claim to have sent us. Well, we never opened the box to begin with so we sent them whatever they sent us. They have now stated that they will bill us for the printer ribbon anyway and will turn it over to collections. Their General Manager had the worst attitude with me when I spoke with him about the matter claiming that his receiving department "knows how to count".
Do not do any business with them as they are just another one of those companies out there scamming small businesses. Who knows, they probably scam big businesses too.
