I purchased a printer cartridge from Image Warehouse on ebay. When I first received it, I didn't need to replace the one I had in the printer because it wasn't completely empty. A few weeks after receiving the new cartridge, I put it in my printer. Well to my horror, it was not printing correctly. I contacted them and was sent to a website with instructions how to clean the cartridge. I did that, but it still didn't work.
I contacted them again and was told that they would send a replacement. I Never Got A Replacement. They communicated with me just long enough for the time frame to expire to do anything about the problem thru ebay. So now I'm just out of money and now they are not even responding anymore to my email messages on ebay.
