On October 6, I mailed a check for an order of 2 pair of mocassin slippers that they advertised in the coupon section of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
To date, I have not received them, although they have cashed my check in the amount of $16.95. Multiple attempts to call their customer service line were to no avail, because there was a constant busy signal.
I either want the products or a reimbursement. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Fraud Section of the US Postal Service, and suggest others do the same.
