I filled a application to stuff envelopes, to earn some money, and I never got anything from them, they took me money, I tried to call them and all I get is box is full try back later

I just tryed to earn some money to help at home and I use the last of what I had. I filled the application and send them the fee. And they will send me the pre addresses envelopes. And Now I have been waiting for 3days now. I am so mad
