I ordered a box of 144 CLEAR votive candles from efavormart (Ya Ya Creations). When the candles arrived, they were RED instead! I notified the company of their mistake and asked that they send the correct order and a pick-up tag for the incorrect red candles. There initial response was that I could keep the red candles and they would offer me a 15% discount. This was a ridiculous offer as these candles were for a wedding and red would look stupid. I emailed them politely several times and they kept refusing to send the correct votives unless I sent the incorrect ones back first. They even asked me twice to send pictures of the red candles, which I did, and multiple times the response was the same canned response that I would not be sent the correct candles until I paid shipping AGAIN to sent the wrong ones back. The company is not accountable for its mistakes and is completely wrong by expecting their customers to pay for shipping TWICE when the mistake is 100% the fault of the company. I just want my Clear votives. This hassle has continued for nearly 2 months. I have written to the Better Business Bureau and am in the process of reporting them to other agencies.
