I had ordered product from Citouch on June 27th and paid for rush delivery. I received a confirmation email from [email protected]. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called the company only to find out that their number was disconnected. Then, I emailed them but got a return message stating that the user's mailbox was full. A month later in July, I visited the website and they had a new phone number. I called that number and a very unprofessional female answered the phone. She said she could not do anything, look up my order by the customer order # provided by the email and said I should speak with John. So, I asked to speak to "John", but the operator stated that she could only take a message. John never replied back to me. So, I called again a week later, and she gave me the same script. I asked for a refund and the operator said John would have to take care of that. I kindly asked her to please get John on the line but she said she could not reach him. I politely asked her to have John call me back as soon as possible as I was going to press charges against citouch. John still never called me back. I called my credit card company and they said the number that citouch provided them for the credit card transaction was disconnected. I am currently pursuing legal against the company for fraud and failure to deliver product. My credit card bank is also helping me shut down Citouch's merchant account and I am currently in the litigation process.
